Welcome to be our customers. For protection of both parties, here is our company’s regulation that should be follows:
1. All goods are on titled and owned by “KING TAI HO LTD” until all payment had been settled.
2. Exceed for one month return or exchange of good are NOT acceptable.
3. Remain all the right to delivery goods during bad weather.
4. Working hours : 8:30am-12:00noon
1:00pm-6:00pm Monday-Friday
8:30am-1:00noon Saturday
5. Client’s account will be automatically locked for the due payment of that account.
6. There will be no rebate or any discount during payment.
7. Customer should be sent P.O to us at least 10 working days prior to production.
8. Credit terms: Strict follow the terms of invoice presented.
9. Credit terms will be revaluing when its account was not trade with us over 3 months.
10. For self taken goods, invoice amount below HK$150.00 should be paid by CASH.
11. Credit terms and conditions will be adjusted according to the circumstance.
